Over the past 20 years, Gracelyn has built a reputation as a specialty baker. She believes that cakes should not only look amazing but should also taste delicious. Gracelyn bakes everything from scratch and always chooses the finest ingredients. She is committed to delivering quality and taste. Many of her cakes and other sweet treats have a rustic appeal with many being made from healthier, wholesome ingredients.
Baking is Gracelyn’s passion and it is evident in the wide array of sweets that are displayed on the shelves of the café. Her greatest pleasure is seeing the look of delight and amazement on a child’s face when they see their favourite character in cake form on their special day. This also applies to the younger at heart who are celebrating a milestone birthday or anniversary.
Crema and Cream offers a selection of cakes, slices, biscuits and cheesecakes, which are crafted with a European influence to reflect Gracelyn's Sicilian heritage. Many can be chosen for the Italian High Tea stands. Any of the baked treats can be enjoyed at the café or taken away. Orders for all baking can be made by discussing your requirements in detail with Gracelyn in person, by email or phone call. As everything made by hand takes time to create, Gracelyn would appreciate advance notice if you have a special design in mind.

A very popular alternative for wedding, engagement or celebration cakes. They can be 2 or 3 tiers high, with each tier either 3 or 4 tortes. As they are left un-iced, the layers are visible and become part of the cake's uniqueness. They are usually decorated with fresh flowers and fruit and can have a personalised topper if desired.
